Jena S.
Fantastic experience from getting the bid for the job to completion of our bathroom remodel! Work Time was very professional and tidy - cleaned up area each night before leaving. They know what they are doing and were able to accomplish all my asks for the shower. They let me choose my own vanity and tile and toilet, which kept costs down. Their quote was fair and reasonable when compared to five other contractors. No hidden charges. Sergey, the main workman on the job, was punctual, professional and didn’t have an attitude when asking for adjustments to the plan. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom!
Jaya B.
I would recommend Ivan and team..They are professional and reliable. They went above and beyond. I would love the opportunity to do another project with them. Ivan takes pride in his work and it shows.

Very responsive and patient
Answered all my questions regarding the bathroom remodel very patiently and gave us the best estimate
Quality of work was good as well and he finished the entire job in 2 days
Flexible and accommodated our request of getting the materials from Amazon Would definitely hire again
Katie S.
They were so amazing. The deck is beautiful, they finished quickly, they absolutely had the best quote of all the quotes we received and they were incredibly nice.
Bruce W.
The work time employees were professional and hard working. They had great attention to detail and took pride in their work. My deck is composite Trex with wood substructure. The wood part had some rot and was not level. They removed my existing Trex, replaced and leveled the joists, then replaced the existing
Trex, then added a railing and steps. I am quite pleased with the results.
Daniel is the foreman/estimator and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The crew he put on the job were
knowledgeable and conscientious. I have more projects that need attention and will definitely call Worktime Service to get them done.
Lelouch L.
I talked to a lot of salesman (maybe around 7 different ones) when finding deck builders, Worktime Services gives you transparency as they are the only people that itemized, and broke down the costs + material names to be used with free quote. Other salesman will give you free quote, but they just gave full price and not much breakdown.
Worktime services made us feel secure, and flexible enough for us to make adjustments from original quote. Their pricing is competitive and yet they are not there to pressure you when receiving the free quote (unlike others we talked to).
Respectful, professional and timely from start to finish - from receiving quote, building deck and clean up. Also considerate to not block my garage door whenever they came over to park their cars. I highly recommend Worktime services to others and would love to do projects with them again in the near future. Thank you for building us this beautiful deck!
Paul E.
Daniel and his team were great! They gave a competitive offer, got the project done on schedule, and worked with me all through the process from making sure I had all the right materials, and confirming with me if there was a choice to be made with the remodel. I would highly recommend them if you already know how to rebuild your bathroom and want a solid team to execute your vision.

Brandon G.
They did an amazing job repairing the decks we needed fixed. Very timely, communicative, and timely on the repairs. We appreciated their work so much we hired them for another project. Looking forward to working with them more in them coming months.
John M.
I dont know where to start. Our plan was to remodel the kitchen, so I got multiple quotes. Short version we ended up remodeling my whole upper floor 3 bdrm and 2 baths with a little more dollars than what the highest contractor was charging just to do the kitchen. Being an electrician, quality and professionalism carried more weight.
Their quality of work is commercial grade. They were able to interpret my wife's dream design.
I took out the fire place a d installed a 72" heater.
My toilet are wall hung and tilled top to bottom, installed new railing metal and red oak. Installed a new main entry door, swapped or my interior doors.l They repainted my whole house, installed a new staircase a d refill finished my 1200sq upper level.
Their finishing are top notch. They were able to Custom make some kitchen fittings that people think it was part of the initial design.
I don't have enough words to say bought this team.
They dedicated 12 week and only called out on actual holiday, which I also needed space with my family.
We will be starting our downstairs at the end of the year, and I can't offer the job to anyone else even if i have to wait for one year.
Kiara S.
Great team to fix my shower very quickly. They work fast and give updates as they are working on the project. They dedicate time to your project until complete and work flexibly with your schedule.
Highly recommend.

Work Time Service provides professional and detail-oriented bathroom remodeling services for homeowners in King County and Pierce County, Washington. Our company specializes exclusively in high-quality bathroom renovation work including small bathroom remodels, master bathroom renovations, shower upgrades, bathtub replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in shower installation, tile installation, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical updates, vanity installation, lighting improvements, and full bathroom reconstruction. This extended bathroom remodeling SEO content is written to provide detailed information about services, common questions, trends, materials, and geographic coverage to help customers searching for bathroom remodeling solutions across the Greater Seattle region.
Homeowners in the Seattle area often search for bathroom remodel ideas, bathroom remodel cost, bathroom renovation timelines, walk-in shower vs bathtub, modern bathroom design trends, and how to choose the right contractor. Work Time Service specializes in answering all these needs by providing complete bathroom remodeling solutions from demolition to final finishing. Many homeowners in King County cities such as Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodinville, and Mercer Island are looking for updated, modern, functional, and durable bathrooms that improve their daily routines and increase home resale value. Bathroom remodeling remains one of the most popular home improvement projects in Washington due to aging homes, outdated plumbing systems, water-damaged flooring, tile failures, and numerous design changes that homeowners want to implement.
Work Time Service handles full bathroom demolition which includes removing old tile, tubs, vanities, flooring, drywall, insulation, damaged surfaces, old plumbing fixtures, outdated electrical components, and water-damaged subfloor. Demolition is performed in a clean and safe manner with proper debris removal and disposal. After demolition, our team evaluates plumbing lines, electrical wiring, and structural components to ensure a safe and code-compliant remodel. In many Seattle and Tacoma area homes, bathrooms suffer from moisture issues, mold, poor ventilation, and inadequate waterproofing. This is why Work Time Service prioritizes waterproofing solutions using industry-standard products such as Schluter Kerdi systems, cement board installation, membrane waterproofing, and moisture-resistant materials.
A major part of bathroom remodeling services includes shower remodeling. Homeowners frequently search for walk-in shower installation, curbless shower systems, shower tile installation, shower niche construction, bench installation, frameless shower glass, rainfall shower heads, dual shower systems, and steam shower configurations. Walk-in showers are especially popular in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, and Sammamish due to modern home styles and homeowners’ preference for spacious, open-concept bathroom layouts. Work Time Service installs porcelain, ceramic, marble, mosaic, and high-end large-format tiles for shower walls and floors. We carefully slope shower pans, install linear drains, move plumbing lines if needed, and ensure that every shower remodel meets Washington building codes.
Tub-to-shower conversions are one of the most in-demand bathroom remodeling services across King County and Pierce County. Many homeowners in Tacoma, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Lakewood, Sumner, and Edgewood prefer to replace old fiberglass tubs with custom walk-in tile showers. This upgrade increases accessibility, improves functionality, modernizes the bathroom look, and increases home resale value. Work Time Service performs tub removal, plumbing relocation, shower pan installation, waterproofing, tile installation, and finishing. We also install new freestanding tubs or alcove tubs when homeowners prefer a bath option rather than a shower.
Vanity installation is another essential component of bathroom remodeling. Many homeowners search for new vanities, double vanities, floating vanities, quartz countertops, undermount sinks, vessel sinks, faucet replacements, mirror installation, LED mirrors, medicine cabinets, and custom vanity lighting. Work Time Service helps homeowners choose the right vanity size and layout to maximize storage and improve bathroom design. We install plumbing connections, connect faucets, install drains, mount mirrors, and complete tile backsplash installations behind vanities when requested.
Bathroom flooring is one of the most frequently replaced surfaces during remodels. Homeowners often search for tile flooring installation, heated bathroom floors, waterproof flooring solutions, porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, luxury vinyl plank for bathrooms, and anti-slip flooring. Work Time Service installs tile flooring using correct underlayment, mortar, leveling systems, and grout solutions to ensure durability and long-term quality. Heated floors are especially common in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Sammamish due to the comfort they bring during colder seasons.
Lighting upgrades are also a major part of bathroom remodeling projects. Many customers in Seattle and surrounding cities search for bathroom lighting ideas, vanity lighting, mirror lighting, recessed lighting, shower lighting, dimmers, LED lighting, and energy-efficient lighting solutions. Work Time Service relocates electrical wiring, installs new GFCI outlets, updates switches, installs exhaust fans, and improves ventilation systems to reduce moisture buildup. Proper ventilation is crucial for bathrooms in the Pacific Northwest due to humidity and mold risks.
Homeowners across King County and Pierce County frequently search for bathroom remodel cost breakdowns, bathroom remodeling price ranges, how much a walk-in shower costs, how long a bathroom remodel takes, and how to choose the right materials. Work Time Service provides transparent pricing and explains the cost of labor, materials, plumbing, tile, demolition, electrical, waterproofing, and finishing. Bathroom remodels vary widely in cost depending on the size of the room, materials chosen, and the complexity of plumbing and tile work. Small bathroom remodels are common in Seattle, Shoreline, Burien, and Renton, while larger master bathroom projects are more common in Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah.
As homes age in Washington, many bathrooms require subfloor repair, mold remediation, ventilation upgrades, plumbing repiping, and electrical rewiring. Work Time Service performs subfloor leveling, repairing water damage, installing new plywood, securing joists, replacing old copper plumbing, and updating electrical systems to meet modern safety standards. These updates are especially necessary in older neighborhoods in Seattle, Tacoma, Puyallup, and Lakewood.
Bathroom design trends change frequently, and many homeowners search for modern bathroom design ideas, minimalist bathrooms, spa-style bathrooms, Scandinavian bathrooms, black hardware bathrooms, gold hardware bathrooms, tile accent walls, walk-in showers with glass enclosures, freestanding tubs, and floating vanities. Work Time Service collaborates with homeowners to select tiles, hardware finishes, layout improvements, and lighting placements that match the desired design style.
Geographic coverage for our bathroom remodeling services includes all major cities in King County: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodinville, Burien, Newcastle, Maple Valley, Covington, Mercer Island, Kenmore, Black Diamond, and Enumclaw.
We also serve all major cities in Pierce County for bathroom remodeling: Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Edgewood, Milton, University Place, Spanaway, Graham, Gig Harbor, Fife, Orting, and Dupont. Homeowners in these cities search for services such as bathroom renovation contractors near me, shower installation, tile installer near me, bathroom remodel company Tacoma, bathroom remodel Bonney Lake, and similar terms. Work Time Service is positioned to meet these needs by providing high-quality craftsmanship and reliable communication.
Overall, Work Time Service continues to expand bathroom remodeling services across the Greater Seattle region with a focus on durability, waterproofing, tile craftsmanship, and modern bathroom design. Our team is committed to delivering clean, professional, detail-oriented bathroom remodels that improve home value and long-term comfort.
Work Time Service provides professional kitchen remodeling and kitchen renovation services for homeowners in King County and Pierce County in Washington State. Our company focuses on full kitchen remodels, partial kitchen updates, layout changes, cabinet replacement, countertop installation, backsplash tile, flooring, lighting, plumbing and electrical upgrades, appliance installation support, and complete kitchen transformations. Many homeowners in the Greater Seattle Area search for kitchen remodel ideas, kitchen remodel cost, small kitchen remodel solutions, open concept kitchen layouts, modern kitchen design, and how to choose the right kitchen remodeling contractor. Work Time Service helps answer all these questions by delivering complete kitchen renovation services from demolition to final paint.
Kitchen remodeling is one of the most popular home improvement projects in King County and Pierce County because the kitchen is the central space of the home. Homeowners in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood and Bonney Lake often look for ways to update outdated cabinets, replace aging countertops, install new tile backsplash, improve storage, expand work surfaces and create an open, bright, functional kitchen. Work Time Service specializes in full kitchen renovation projects where old cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances and lighting are removed and replaced with modern, durable materials.
Demolition is the first step in most kitchen remodels. Work Time Service performs careful demolition that includes removing old cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, damaged drywall, old flooring, soffits, non load bearing partitions, old lighting fixtures and outdated plumbing and electrical connections. Debris is removed from the home efficiently so that the new kitchen remodel can begin on a clean and safe base. During demolition our team checks subfloor condition, wall framing and rough plumbing and electrical to identify any hidden issues that need attention before new finishes are installed.
One of the most common search phrases is kitchen remodel cost and how much a kitchen renovation will cost in the Seattle area. The final price depends on kitchen size, material selections, scope of work and whether the layout is changed or kept the same. Homeowners search for budget friendly kitchen remodels, mid range kitchen remodels and high end custom kitchen projects. Work Time Service explains the cost of labor for demolition, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical along with the cost of installing customer supplied cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures. Transparent cost breakdowns help homeowners in King County and Pierce County make informed decisions about their kitchen remodeling project.
Many clients search specifically for new kitchen cabinets and ask if they should refinish existing cabinets or replace them completely. Work Time Service installs stock cabinets, semi custom cabinets and fully custom cabinetry depending on design needs and budget. Our team sets base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall pantry cabinets and island cabinets, making sure all boxes are level, plumb and properly anchored. We coordinate with countertop installers for precise measurements and ensure that refrigerator panels, crown molding, filler pieces and trim details are completed cleanly. Homeowners in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish often request shaker style painted cabinets with soft close hardware and full extension drawers as part of their kitchen remodel.
Countertop replacement is another major component of kitchen remodeling projects. Homeowners in Seattle and Tacoma often search for quartz countertops, granite countertops, solid surface countertops, butcher block countertops and how to choose the best material for their kitchen. Work Time Service coordinates countertop template and installation with trusted fabricators and prepares cabinets properly for countertop installation. This includes setting support for large overhangs on islands, adding blocking where needed and ensuring that sinks and cooktops will fit according to the selected appliances. Many kitchen remodels in King County now use quartz countertops for their durability, low maintenance and modern look.
Backsplash tile installation is one of the most visible design elements in a remodeled kitchen. Homeowners search for subway tile backsplash, full height tile backsplashes, mosaic backsplash, herringbone patterns, large format tile and accent walls. Work Time Service installs backsplash tile carefully around outlets, windows, range hoods and upper cabinets. We cut tile cleanly, align patterns and finish edges with trim or metal profiles. In many modern kitchen remodels in Bellevue, Kirkland and Issaquah, the backsplash is taken all the way to the ceiling around the range hood to create a strong focal point.
Flooring is another important part of kitchen remodeling. Many homeowners in King County and Pierce County search for durable kitchen flooring options such as luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, tile flooring and waterproof laminate. Work Time Service prepares the subfloor, levels surfaces where necessary and installs new flooring that ties the kitchen into nearby spaces such as dining rooms, living rooms and hallways. For open concept layouts, continuous flooring is often installed throughout the main floor to visually expand the space and create a cohesive look.
Kitchen lighting and electrical upgrading are critical parts of a quality kitchen renovation. Homeowners frequently search for recessed lighting layouts, under cabinet lighting, pendant lights over the island, dimmers, dedicated appliance circuits and GFCI outlet placement. Work Time Service works with licensed electricians to install new recessed lights, relocate switches, add dedicated circuits for microwaves, dishwashers, ovens and cooktops and bring older kitchens up to modern electrical code standards. Good lighting design improves function, safety and the overall feel of the remodeled kitchen.
Plumbing in a kitchen remodel often includes relocating or replacing sink drains, water lines for refrigerators, dishwasher connections and sometimes moving the sink location entirely, such as to an island. Many homeowners search for undermount sinks versus drop in sinks, single bowl sinks versus double bowl sinks, farmhouse apron front sinks and modern pull down faucets. Work Time Service coordinates rough plumbing work with the overall design so that cabinet, sink and dishwasher positions are planned correctly and the new kitchen layout functions smoothly for everyday use.
A frequent search query in the Greater Seattle Area is open concept kitchen remodel or how to open the wall between kitchen and living room. In many older homes, the kitchen is closed off from the rest of the main floor. Work Time Service evaluates which walls are load bearing, coordinates with structural engineers when needed and removes or opens walls to create larger kitchen and dining spaces. This may include installing beams, posts and new headers to safely support the structure while giving homeowners the open layout they want.
Homeowners also search for small kitchen remodel ideas when they have limited square footage. In cities like Seattle, Shoreline, Burien and parts of Tacoma, many kitchens are compact and require smart storage and layout solutions. Work Time Service helps design efficient small kitchen layouts that maximize cabinet storage, use pull out hardware, integrate corner solutions and increase usable countertop workspace. Even in small kitchens, new lighting, fresh cabinets, updated countertops and a carefully chosen backsplash can significantly transform the space.
Design trends for kitchen remodeling in King County and Pierce County include white shaker cabinets, warm wood tones, two tone kitchens with darker island cabinets, quartz countertops with subtle veining, full height backsplashes, black or brass hardware, large single bowl sinks, panel ready dishwashers and integrated range hoods. Many homeowners also ask for coffee bar areas, built in pantry cabinets, floating shelves and under cabinet lighting to highlight backsplash tile. Work Time Service helps clients refine these design preferences into a practical scope that fits their budget.
Geographically, Work Time Service offers kitchen remodeling services across all major cities in King County: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodinville, Burien, Newcastle, Maple Valley, Covington, Mercer Island, Kenmore, Black Diamond and Enumclaw. Many homeowners in these areas search for phrases such as kitchen remodel contractor near me, kitchen renovation Seattle, Bellevue kitchen remodel, Kirkland kitchen renovation, Redmond kitchen contractor and similar terms when beginning their remodeling journey.
In Pierce County, Work Time Service remodels kitchens in cities including Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Edgewood, Milton, University Place, Spanaway, Graham, Gig Harbor, Fife, Orting and Dupont. Homeowners there often search for Tacoma kitchen remodel, Puyallup kitchen renovation, Bonney Lake kitchen contractor and kitchen remodeling near me. Our team provides consistent communication, clear scheduling and professional workmanship for kitchen remodels across all of these locations.
Homeowners today are also interested in how a kitchen remodel affects home value and resale potential. Kitchen renovation is frequently listed as one of the highest return on investment home improvement projects, especially when layouts are improved and quality materials are installed. Buyers in the Seattle housing market often look for updated kitchens with modern finishes, solid surfaces, new appliances and good lighting. By remodeling their kitchen with Work Time Service, homeowners in King County and Pierce County can make their homes more attractive both for daily living and for future sale.
Work Time Service continues to expand and refine its kitchen remodeling services across the Greater Seattle Area. Our focus is on clean workmanship, practical layouts, durable materials and reliable communication. From small kitchen updates to full main floor gut and remodel projects, our team is committed to delivering detailed, high quality kitchen renovations for homeowners throughout King County and Pierce County in Washington State.
Work Time Service provides professional deck construction, patio building, outdoor living upgrades, and backyard renovation services for homeowners in King County and Pierce County in Washington State. Our company specializes in building new decks, replacing old wood decks, constructing composite decks, adding railings and stairs, expanding outdoor patios, installing pavers, building covered patios, creating outdoor entertainment areas, and designing functional backyard spaces. Deck and patio construction is one of the most in-demand home improvement services in the Greater Seattle Area due to the beautiful Pacific Northwest environment and the need for durable outdoor structures that can withstand heavy rain, moisture, and changing weather conditions.
Many homeowners in King County and Pierce County search online for deck builders near me, composite deck installation, wood deck replacement, patio contractors, outdoor living spaces, deck repair, deck construction cost, patio remodel ideas, how to build a deck, Trex deck installers, composite decking vs wood, and how to upgrade backyard spaces. Work Time Service provides complete solutions from design to construction, helping homeowners understand the differences between materials, structural requirements, maintenance costs, drainage issues, and the best layout for their outdoor area.
Deck construction begins with a detailed evaluation of the property. Work Time Service inspects the site, checks elevation, measures slopes, evaluates soil conditions, and analyzes the existing deck structure (if any). Many homes in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Tacoma, Puyallup, and Bonney Lake have aging decks built decades ago, often with improper waterproofing, rotted joists, unstable posts, and outdated railings. Homeowners frequently search for deck replacement services when boards are warped, stairs are unsafe, or when railings no longer meet Washington safety codes.
Work Time Service builds decks using pressure-treated wood, cedar, and high-performance composite materials such as: Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon, Deckorators, and other long-lasting decking systems. Composite decking is one of the most popular choices among homeowners in King County, especially in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish, because it provides excellent durability, low maintenance, moisture resistance, and a premium look that increases home value. Wood decks remain popular in Pierce County cities like Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Graham, Spanaway, and Tacoma due to affordability, natural appearance, and the ability to stain or customize the finish.
Deck framing is a critical part of every deck project. Work Time Service uses pressure-treated structural lumber, proper joist spacing, and code-compliant hardware to ensure strength and longevity. We install posts, concrete footings, beams, joists, blocking, structural connectors, stair stringers, railings, and all required safety components according to Washington State building codes. Homeowners often search for whether their deck needs a permit, how deep footings should be, or how to build a deck in wet soil. Work Time Service handles these questions and ensures every deck meets structural requirements.
Stairs and railings are a major part of deck construction. Homeowners often search for deck railing ideas, cable railing, aluminum railing, wood railing, modern railing designs, and code requirements for railing height and spacing. Work Time Service installs horizontal, vertical, aluminum, wood, composite, and metal railing systems that match the deck style and ensure safety. Stairs are built using proper rise and run ratios, reinforced stringers, and slip-resistant treads, providing safe access to backyards, patios, or lower levels of the home.
Many homeowners search for outdoor living space ideas because they want their deck or patio to feel like an extension of their indoor space. Work Time Service builds outdoor lounges, entertainment areas, BBQ zones, fire pit areas, dining spaces, built-in seating, pergolas, covered patios, and extended platforms for hot tubs. Heavy rainfall in the Pacific Northwest makes covered decks and covered patios especially popular in cities like Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Renton, Tacoma, and Puyallup. A covered patio helps protect outdoor furniture, provides shade in the summer and allows for year-round outdoor use.
Patio construction is another major service provided by Work Time Service. Homeowners frequently search for concrete patio installation, paver patio contractors, stamped concrete patios, patio extensions, patio resurfacing, outdoor paver walkways, patio seating areas, and how to expand a backyard patio. We install paver patios using high-quality products, proper base compaction, drainage solutions, edge restraint systems, and polymeric sand joints. Paver patios are popular in Pierce County cities like Bonney Lake, Puyallup, and Graham due to affordability and design versatility. Concrete patios are also common across King County and serve as a durable base for pergolas or patio covers.
Deck and patio drainage is extremely important in Washington due to heavy rainfall. Many homeowners search for deck waterproofing, under-deck drainage systems, patio drainage, and how to prevent water pooling. Work Time Service installs under-deck drainage systems (such as Trex RainEscape), gutter solutions, sloped patio bases, French drains, and channel drains to ensure proper water flow and long-term durability of outdoor structures.
Patio covers and pergolas are some of the most requested upgrades in the Greater Seattle Area. Homeowners often search for covered patio ideas, aluminum patio covers, wood pergolas, modern pergola designs, retractable pergolas, insulated roof covers, and how to add a roof to an existing deck. Work Time Service builds cedar pergolas, composite pergolas, aluminum patio covers, and custom wood roof structures that match the home style. Covered decks are especially popular in Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, and Redmond due to their upscale appearance and improved usability.
Deck resurfacing is another common service requested by homeowners. Many people search for deck resurfacing vs replacing, sanding old decks, replacing deck boards, and how to upgrade an existing deck with composite materials. Work Time Service evaluates the existing structure to determine if resurfacing is safe. If the framing is still structurally sound, resurfacing with composite decking can provide a long-lasting upgrade at a lower cost than a full rebuild.
Washington homeowners also search for deck expansion projects to increase outdoor space. Work Time Service extends existing decks, adds wrap-around sections, builds multi-level decks, and connects decks to patios or walkways. Multi-level decks are common for homes on sloped lots in areas like Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Auburn, and Tacoma. Deck expansions help increase usable surface area and improve access to the backyard.
Lighting is a major component of deck and patio projects. Homeowners frequently search for deck lighting ideas, LED step lights, railing lights, post cap lighting, pathway lighting, and under-rail LED strips. Work Time Service integrates lighting into deck and patio designs to enhance safety and extend outdoor usability into the evening.
Homeowners also search for outdoor storage solutions such as built-in benches with storage, under-deck storage rooms, waterproof storage, and utility closets integrated into deck structures. Work Time Service builds custom storage features that make outdoor spaces functional and organized.
As part of our geographic coverage, Work Time Service provides deck and patio construction in all major cities in King County including: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodinville, Burien, Newcastle, Maple Valley, Covington, Mercer Island, Kenmore, Black Diamond, and Enumclaw.
In Pierce County, our service areas include: Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Edgewood, Milton, University Place, Spanaway, Graham, Gig Harbor, Fife, Orting, and Dupont. Many homeowners in these cities search for deck contractors near me, composite deck installation, deck repair, patio builders near me, deck replacement, patio cover installation, and outdoor remodel services. Work Time Service provides professional craftsmanship and clear communication to meet these needs.
Trends in deck and patio design across King County and Pierce County include modern composite decks, horizontal railing systems, black metal railings, brushed steel railings, two-tone composite boards, integrated lighting, large paver patios, covered outdoor seating zones, outdoor kitchens, fire pit areas, built-in benches and entertainment platforms. Many homeowners are upgrading their outdoor spaces as an extension of the interior living area, especially in Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, Tacoma, Puyallup, and Bonney Lake.
Work Time Service aims to deliver strong, durable, code-compliant, and visually appealing outdoor structures that enhance home value and provide long-lasting enjoyment. Whether building a brand-new composite deck in Bellevue, replacing an aging wood deck in Tacoma, expanding a patio in Puyallup, adding a pergola in Kirkland, or redesigning a backyard in Bonney Lake, our team brings experience, craftsmanship, structural knowledge, and attention to detail to every project.
With continued growth in outdoor living demand throughout Washington State, Work Time Service remains committed to providing the highest quality deck construction, patio installation, pergola building, and outdoor renovation services for homeowners across King County and Pierce County.
